Lot clearing is the job we run most. A builder or a homeowner has a wooded lot and needs open ground for a house. We take the trees and brush off the building area, pull the stumps, and clean up behind us.
Acreage clearing is a bigger version of the same work. Farms open up back fields that grew up in brush and saplings. Landowners clear a spot for a barn, a shop, or a home site on raw land.
Brush clearing along fence lines, lot lines, and roadsides is its own kind of job. Bush honeysuckle and privet take over fencerows and field edges across Middle Tennessee. We cut that growth back and burn or haul what comes out. When the brush is light and you want the chips left down, forestry mulching is the better tool.
Every job starts with a site visit and a free estimate. You show us the lines you want opened and the trees you want kept. Access, slope, tree size, and stump count all move the price.
Then the trees and brush come down. The excavator thumb grabs each stump and lifts it out with the root ball. Everything gets pushed into piles at a spot that works for cleanup.
The debris has to go somewhere. It gets burned on site where the rules allow it, or hauled off the property. We rake the ground down before we leave. When a building pad comes next, site prep and grading picks it up from there.
